Job  Description:

This position will work individually and with a team to complete projects on a wide variety of athletic fields at all levels. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: loading/unloading equipment and supplies, hauling equipment to and from job sites, operating construction and maintenance equipment with a wide variety of attachments, maintaining equipment, and establishing layouts and elevations based on construction documents. 

Expectations:

• Work well with others
• Report to operations or project manager
• Complete physical labor activities and lift 50+ pounds
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have experience running tractors, track loaders, and mini excavators 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check 
• CDL training required after employment 

Compensation:

• Salary: Dependent on experience (paid winters off)
