This Privacy Policy covers how DMCONSTRUCTIONJOBS, L.L.C. (the “Company”) treats personal information that it collects and receives.  The Company is committed to providing you with a safe and secure forum through which you can apply for jobs. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or telephone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. You can use our website without revealing any information about yourself.  In that case, we may gather certain information about your use of our website, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. We attempt to limit access to our website and database only to paying employers, recruiters, hiring managers, and human resource professionals, but we cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to our website and/or database. We are not responsible for the use made of information by third parties who access personal information while in our database.

Some job postings on the Company’s website link directly to the employer's website and require you to enter your information into their system in order to apply. In such cases, you will be providing your information directly to the employer and your information will be subject to their privacy policy.  The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of those employers.

We may use email addresses to send employers messages about updates to the Company’s website, new features or services and current offers. We may use email addresses to send job postings or links to job postings that are relevant to a job seeker. Users may decline receiving such messages from the Company.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Company, such as service announcements, administrative messages, information about specific job opportunities and your interests.  Should you choose to submit feedback to the Company, such feedback becomes our property and we can use such feedback for marketing purposes or to contact you for further information.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, or your combined personal and demographic information or information about your use of the Company’s website, except as set forth below.

  1. We disclose information to third parties if you consent to such disclosure.
